I work where product, architecture and engineering meet.

I turn business and operational complexity into systems people can actually use — taking products from problem definition through workflow design, architecture, implementation and production operation.

Hands-on, end to end.

I am a hands-on CTO, product engineer and software architect working across product strategy, platform architecture, engineering execution and production operations.

At VIA I lead product and engineering for a marketplace and logistics ecosystem — a seventeen-service backend, a web platform and six applications — and own technology decisions across architecture, security, reliability, release governance and infrastructure. I care about practical system design, build-versus-buy judgment, and AI-assisted engineering governed by written standards and human release controls.

Overall professional capability — not every technology listed is in use on every platform.

Principles.

  • Restraint over noiseTechnology should support the product, not create unnecessary complexity.
  • Architect for the third yearBuild systems that remain understandable to the engineers who inherit them.
  • Operate, then optimiseProduction, observability and rollback are part of product engineering.
